  • Summer 2011

Coburn Development and The Holton Group have completed yet two more elegant residences at Walnut Creek! Features include gorgeous wide-plank oak flooring, carrera marble countertops, Kohler plumbing fixtures, and our signature Wilmette lighting package throughout. 2042 is a duplex that lives like single-family homes, with no shared living walls. 2042A addresses Walnut Street with its brick facade and beautifully landscaped front yard. 2042B enjoys a private, fenced backyard and a great walk-out feel.

  • Spring 2011

Walnut Creek's farm house from 1896 is now fully renovated and restored to its original charm. Rebuilt from the inside out, the home can now be enjoyed by two residents as a duplex. We retained the port-au-cochere, many of the original glass and windows, and the signature shake-shingle siding. 2044B (the two bedroom, two bath residence) is sold and 2044A (a one bedroom, one bath residence) is still available.

  • Winter/Spring 2010

We proudly show our completed Phase 1 of Walnut Creek. You'll see we have used beautiful, wide-plank walnut flooring, fashionable Kohler fixtures and a sophisticated and stylish Wilmette lighting package. With 2 homes already sold, we're excited about beginning Phase 2, restoring the historic home on the property, and enjoying the site's natural beauty, flowers, and trees this spring!

  • Fall/Winter 2009

The exterior of the Walnut Creek homes are now showing their style! Inside, the designer-selected finishes are coming together!

  • Summer 2009

With the framing in place, it's becoming easier to visualize the future homes at Walnut Creek. Windows have been installed and the sub-contractor teams will be working hard to install electrical, plumbing, HVAC, audio/visual pre-wiring, insulation and, eventually, drywall.

  • Spring 2009

We're excited that construction at Walnut Creek has begun. With excavation underway and foundations taking shape, the feel for how this cozy community will lay-out is becoming apparent. A bridge crossing the seasonal stream has been installed for access to the rear part of the lot — or just for checking out the stream on a sunny day.
